e620 data card enquiry

On my E620 card and sim I see that someone left me a voicemail , can I access this voicemail using the software app that manages the E620 and do I have to plug in earphones ( did'nt get them with my card which I got from MTN last year )

Dialling 100 works , just get no sound output although other apps work fine with sound and I got no earphones.

With the MTN Dashboard you can dial the Voice Mailbox, but you need the earpiece.

Or you can put the sim into another phone.
