Then, to lose fat, you REALLY have to burn your muscles.
Now, before you pick up the Blits and a lighter... This works great:
Get a Bicycle, as it uses balance and that burns your waist muscles, then in the mornings before you set off on your bike-road trip, do 3 sets of sit-ups (normal ones, cross-over’s, and any other way you can deplete your waist muscles without hurting your back) and then go cycling.
If you need motivation to really ride your bike like a maniac and burn those muscles... just yell "Die Swart Kat is oppad!" before you sett off.
