I think that means you have the dangerous fat... inside by your intestines and not much surface fat....
The inside fat is the stuff that puts pressure on the heart and lungs. Surface fat is like we girls have around our bums, people with fat like that lives longer that the people with the inside fat….

I forgot all the medical terms and clever language.. but that is basically what it boils down to….. yes we see your abs but you are still fat and in more danger…

No i dunno hey adelp, men with beer boeps have swollen stomachs and not much fat going on, its like a balloon, well it was for me anyhow. It's not fat that causes your stomach to bloat nor i think atleast. The amazing thing is when i used to see people they used to say geez you have picked up weight, now they see me and tune wow your skinny, although i would rather be known as skinny than fat i guess :p

Its just a matter of eating right, stopping beer and allowing the stomach to decompress type thing.

That is so cool.... Wish my tummy was like that...:p

I understand what you are saying but isn't it very eina being a balloon?

Weight training is just as important, if not more important than hours of cardio if you want to get back to that six-pack. In fact over-doing it on the cardio results in your body breaking down some of your lean muscle mass to use as energy to fuel your exersion.
If you really want to burn fat, but still keep muscle mass you'd do better include fast explosive cardio in your routine along with 2 -3 free weight workouts.
Think of the difference between two elite athletes - a sprinter and marathon runner. Would you prefer to look like Usain Bolt / Maurice Green or Haile Gebrselassie ?

Unless you're training to complete some kind of endurance event, long hours of cardio are pretty fsking boring.

Rather stay away from alcohol completely then you won't have to worry about a boep.

There is no easy way BUT there is a simple way. Busting you're @ss in the gym everyday will not be easy but it might be fun. There's nothing like the feeling of busting you're legs with some squats :D...

Im gonna try the HIIT and cut out all alcohol. Maybe go for long walks in the evening and jog in the morning. Do the HIIT during the day. Should work hey? I also read that you need to cut out bread, pasta, potatoes, anything high in carbs.

This whole thread is depressing me. I've also got a boep of sorts but haven't been inside a gym in nearly a year and the thought of quitting beer just sounds wrong.

Does anyone know if any of the gimmicky things from Glomail actually work? Like the AbFlex, that thing you roll along the ground, or those pads that you attach to your muscles and then just lie there while they make you muscles work?

There is no easy way. Anything that claims so is bull.

Stop drinking beer. :)
Then, to lose fat, you REALLY have to burn your muscles.
Now, before you pick up the Blits and a lighter... This works great:
Get a Bicycle, as it uses balance and that burns your waist muscles, then in the mornings before you set off on your bike-road trip, do 3 sets of sit-ups (normal ones, cross-over’s, and any other way you can deplete your waist muscles without hurting your back) and then go cycling.
If you need motivation to really ride your bike like a maniac and burn those muscles... just yell "Die Swart Kat is oppad!" before you sett off. :)

The problem is I can't ride a bicycle...

Henry do your stomach muscles the old fashion and don't be like me and waste money on these items, working out is not something a machine can do for you.

Those pads are rubbish, they do work but they sting the kuk out of your stomach and they also only work up to a point.

I've changed my Heineken for Southern Comfort and Coke Zero.

Without changing anything else (no exercise still), will it at least get a little smaller? :(

When you guys talk of cardio, you mean anything getting my heart rate higher?

Walking? Sex? Moving quickly?
