Easiest way to switch accounts?

Finally got fed up with cap so I went and got a 2nd seperate account, so I can effectively now use 1 account for downloading and 1 for surfing, one question I have though is, what is the simplest way to switch between my 2 accounts?

I just alter the user name and password on the routers software, easy just type in it's ip then change it, 1 min to do including the restart.

I've also done as Pr13sT, but that is still anoying. [NetGear 634 Router here). Luckily I'm routing all international traffic somewhere else now.
Question is if Arzy is using a router or that telkom crap. Only plus point about telkoms is that you can have more than one PPPoE session (dunno about other modems), using more than 1 account. So you end up with the option of using Linux (whohoo), more than one pc and using one as a proxy etc, or more than one session on WinXP etc.

Ok, this gets me thinking. I dont have my adsl yet but when I do I will have the telkom router, I do have 2 acc's and I do intend to use them at once. With telkom router would I just have to change the user/pass in XP's PPPoE connection or just have 2 seperate ones ?
