All the big players (especially US companies) provided information to the NSA. Many of those companies provided open access to intercept and collect data. That's one way for NSA to destroy pretty much all cloud business - and this is one of the reasons why I rather prefer to self host within own racks on own storage and equipment - the only way to be certain that your customer data is not leaked via a 3rd party provider to an intelligence service.
