If Virgin active using cellc’s infrastructure, and Cellc “piggyback” on vodacom’s network where there is only one tower installed, does it mean your Edge speed will be the same?

Your EDGE speed is dependent on various factors, including how many users are sharing the tower.

So to answer your question - Yes. (assuming the tower supports EDGE).

Not necessarily - often more than one network installs equipment on one tower. So if cell-c has shared the tower and installed their equipment and antennas on that site, they may have Edge while VC may not.
