The problem is not with how much money they spend on schooling, it is what they have to show for that investment.

How many schools did they have to rebuild due to terrorism/vandalism, aka protesting, and at what cost to the economy?

This isn't strictly and isolated to an ANC Government issue though, as any other party-led state would have experienced exactly the same. Is this related to below?

The problem is not with how much money they spend on schooling, it is what they have to show for that investment.

Whilst they addressed the capacity concerns to address the issues from the past (AND growing population), the quality and standards of schooling (i.e. curriculum) has gone completely backwards.

'no better', I'd wager 'worse'. Just a few weeks ago there was that report somewhere here showing current generation is less educated than previous, just like a lot of things under JZANC, going backwards
