EFT - Standard bank to FNB - in a day - is this normal?

as per Title, I transferred monies from my SB to FNB account yesterday and got money in FNB today. What happened? Where do I complain?

p.s. I see that my attempt at back-handed compliment was unsuccessful

Well done to both these banks.. never got money in a day before. If I had twitter or facebook account, i would tweet/fb..

Complain about what? If you want same day both has to be at same bank or move to Capitec...

Why do you want to complain? It's common knowledge that there is a delay of anything from 1-3 days transferring between banks? Unless you instructed and paid for an immediate clear, that's a different story then.

If you transferred before 12:00 it's quite normal.
