9.5/10 in RPG category.

7/10 in general (Meaning that if you only like first person shooters, you would propably also give this a 7/10 rating)

Pretty graphics, one major gripe is there are so many factors that pull you out of the experience, big one for me is all the damn american accented characters who use modern phrasing, I wouldn't have been surprised if someone asked me, "Hey dude, could you please help me out I'm in a bit of a bind, there's a frikkin' werewolf in my basement and I need to get my surfboard outta there. Thanks man!"

Also, I feel there's no real uniqueness about any characters you make, they all end up being basically the same. It feels kinda linear in that regard.

@BlackChameleon, your post doesn't read very positive but yet you give it an 8?
I wont buy this game with your review and then giving it an 8.

playing the X360 version thus far :

graphics - 10/10 ( a sunrise is so amazing! :) )
sound - 9/10 ( nothing like Dolby Digital 5.1 sound )
gameplay - 8/10 ( thus far )

Have re-started a couple of times to try out various character schemes and i think i found a balance which suits my style of play as a Mage.

One nice aspect of the game is the endless variety of things to do which will distract you along the route to the main quest. :D

Overall : 9/10

One of the big advantages is that you are not beholden to Teklom in order to play - well maybe if you want to patch it.

I don't rate it particularly high (a 6 or a 7) as I find the attempt to create 'realistic' faces rather irritating. There are alos one or two strange things. I stole a horse and rode miles away. Talk to people and they don't mention the horse - get off the horse, walk around, do stuff, get back on horse and suddenly everyone has a hissy fit. Oh well - where is that save..
