Electric fence

Hi, my electric fence is linked to my alarm system. Whenever the power is restored after loadshedding the electric fence causes my alarm system siren to go off. Does anyone have experience a similar problem and how do I fix it?

Have you checked the batteries in both your fence energiser and alarm?

I have not checked either alarm system or ekectr fence batteries.Alarm system stays on right through load shedding but I have noticed the electric fence alarm light on the energizer keeps flashing even after power is restored.I will test the batteries in both systems and replace them if they are faulty. Thank you for your assistance.

I fitted a 12ah battery (just wider than a 7ah) into my Nemtek energizer box, just left the 7ah bracket off
