I'm betting on the rich ego maniac blowhard with kids from multiple wives and a long sting of ethically dubious affairs who made his money off government subsidies and refuses to may taxes or follow regulations.
In English?

I see a trail of broken or failed promises, the twitter acquisition being the latest.

Where is this free speech Temujin? Is it hiding? Is it still coming? Is it in the room with us right now?

Come on man you know he meant free speech for Musk - everyone else gets fired if they dare show dissent to the future emperor of Mars

Elon’s behavior in the public sphere is a frequent source of distraction and embarrassment for us, particularly in recent weeks,” the letter states. “As our CEO and most prominent spokesperson, Elon is seen as the face of SpaceX — every Tweet that Elon sends is a de facto public statement by the company. It is critical to make clear to our teams and to our potential talent pool that his messaging does not reflect our work, our mission, or our values.”
Not a particular good example, when they wanted to curtail Elon Musk's speech because it hurt their fee fees.

Well, lesser employees do get fired for their public utterances even when they aren't work related. Fired because you work for the company and the way you comport yourself reflects on the company. Apparently.

People working at Tesla were forced to attend meetings to address Elon's use of Marijuana on Rogan. Talk about bureaucratic corporate structures. Not even Elon is immune from what he does in his private capacity.

You are right - an absolutist free speech position is absurd. Elon demonstrated this by firing anyone who legitimately points out how his behavior conflicts with his own companies HR policy

Pity that isn't what he apparently wanted for Twitter. He wanted it to be based on the free speech standards set by the 1st amendment. As a private social media company, Twitter would be free to set such a policy no?
