Elon Musk said on Wednesday he expected to reduce his time at Twitter and eventually find a new leader to run the social media company, adding that he hoped to complete an organizational restructuring this week.
Musk made the remarks while testifying in a Delaware court to defend against claims that his $56 billion pay package at Tesla Inc was based on easy to achieve performance targets and was approved by a compliant board of directors.

Looks like he's starting to get to the point where he's happy enough with Twitter to hand it off to someone who'll actually know how to run the daily operations properly.

What a waste of a man. It's like idiocracy irl.

3000 years ago they would have stoned this salesman until he was level with the snake **** he sells.

Think about the change that can be brought about with his reach, and ask yourself what you would do to leave a legacy?

Recreate paradise? Rebuild a wonder? Invent a new style of living, a new way to build or just a better way to raise nations.

Elon decided to try and leave, and when that failed he tried buying public opinion.

This really is the weird time-line.

Pioneering the EV market and space rockets is apparently not enough.
He didn't pioneer the EV market, he wormed a functional company out of an engineers' hands.

Who do you think ideated and financed those high tech boomerangs? Elon? Nope. That would be everyone else.

Funny how no one mentions hyperloop or the neuralink. I wonder why?

There are many people that deserve respect in society, doctors, farmers, scientists, engineers, bakers and bricklayers.

Elon Musk is not one of these people.

I do my part with the time and resources I have. And that's what makes Elon such a monumental waste of money and attention.

He's posting on Twitter. You're posting on MyBB. But you're calling him out

I'm also thinking you have nfi what he does with his time and resources just as I have nfi what you do with yours

Did I just hit a nerve, or are you just tired of people badmouthing ya boy?

Again, I'll go slowly.

Be objective about the people you idolize, question their motives and intentions. But most of all, judge them by their actions, not their words.

Musk does not deserve his status or station. And even if not deserved, he does not make good on the graces this world has bestowed on him. Therefor a nett loss to society.

Musk did the same thing to Tesla that Steve Jobs did to Apple. He made EVs cool enough for rich, stupid people to want to buy.

See above. He wanted to make the tech cool enough for rich, stupid people to want to get involved with. Hyperloop was doomed to fail though.

I can respect the hustle. If I had his wealth, I don't know whether I would do what he does.

Bit of an odd statement. Private enterprise isn't about 'deserve', it's about working to get to a position. If someone works hard to get to the top of a company I don't think it makes much sense to say they deserve it or not based on how much of a douchebag they're perceived to be.
