Prove Twitter bot numbers or the deal is off — Elon Musk

Elon Musk declared he won't proceed with his $44 billion takeover of Twitter Inc. unless the social media giant can prove bots make up fewer than 5% of its users, casting yet more uncertainty over the deal.

The billionaire tweeted "this deal cannot move forward" unless Twitter provides proof of its claims, reiterating his own view that the ratio is far higher.

Twitter should just ban him already. He'll either commit to the buyout to unban himself or start his own social network

He caught the left propaganda machine red handed.

I think he secretly still wants the deal to fall through so he can start from scratch. It's how he's built most of his businesses.

Here are some of the greatest minds in the business world. Fascinating discussion.

Doesn't he have to a $1 billion break up fee if the deal doesn't go through?

It's going from "There are not bot accounts" to "We don't know how many bot accounts there are".

The outrage over this is hysterical. And telling.

Whatever this guy applies his mind to will succeed. What's a few billion between friends?

He's proving a point. And he's right. And now the world is starting to see through the woke left propaganda. That's worth more than $1bn imo. And I don't have $1bn, so I'm grateful to him for calling them out on their bs.

This fight goes far beyond Twitter though. Old money is trying to squeeze people like Elon and Jack Dorsey out of their playground, because their Web3 innovations render most existing centralised business models obsolete.

He probably started out trolling, then got somewhat serious and is now having buyer's remorse as the deal doesn't make financial sense.
lol, this becomes his gap to avoid throwing dollars down the great white porcelain express :p

Because all these places invested in so heavily and so rich and make so much money but in fact they don't and the only reason they get money is due to investor confidence. And if their stats end up being wrong, then were there stats wrong in the past? Did they use those stats to inflate investors confidence?

I'm no business guy and don't know what I'm talking about. But that's the view I get. I think US companies are overbought.
