Email Bandwidth Reports

The last BW report I recieved was on the 19th, so it seems wbs are slipping up again.

Anyone else recieve an email report since the 19th or has this service also gone into random selection mode? :eek:

I got one on the 20th, 21st and today.

I've come to the conclusion that if you give the support department crap they stuff with your bandwidth reports or something :p

I haven't missed any reports for about a month.

Recieved my last one on the 20th.

I have found that they at times can send them out late.

Have you confirmed your e-mail address,
It might be that they have the wrong e-mail address

@native, well they've been sending reports to my email address for this month right up until the 19th, so they must have the correct address.

Lets face it they can't go one month without some hiccup or another, and now we are heading into the last week of the month I guess I can expect to get cutoff again when I hit the cap.

SHAUN or IBURST, if you are reading this thread just make sure you don't cut me off like last month or I'll really be pissed off!!!!
Fix that damn BW monitor.

@native, maybe but comeon man them getting the email address wrong is pushing it even for wbs. :rolleyes:

Personally I think that BW manager has got them by the nuts and they have no idea as to how to fix it, in the meantime the PAYING customers have to suffer for their lack of knowledge as well as lack of skilled techies. :eek:

When you look at all the problems it begs the question of why we use their service (sic).

Yeah, they not telkom thank heavens, and as I stated many times, in general I am happy with iBurst, just that damn BW monitor and the cut off thats bugging me.
From my point of view if wbs can get that sorted out I will be a very happy iBurster indeed. :p

BW Reports Missiong

Normally I get mine around 2AM but then nothing have come up
Anyone getting their Bandwidth reports yet?

It seems obvious to me that it's "broken" as more and more iBursters will start reporting no email reports yet again.

Mine also USED to come at around 2am which is probably the time everyone got theirs as well.

FUNNY HOW MR IBURST DOES NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT IT, yet he comments on other posts. :rolleyes:

Mr iBurst is also very quite on answering my PM that he requested I send him.
