Emerging black farmers ‘facing eviction after refusing to pay bribes’

And why does Matjhabeng municipality have 139 farms for Eskom to attach? How many other municipalities own how many farms? This "whites owns 80% of land" or whatever is pure BS.
Lies don't stop ANC and EFF. They like to throw incorrect facts, lies.. and their supporters gobble it up. Just look at Bitter (black twitter)... WMC etc still in those idiots mindsets. Think whites own the country.. lol. But it's easier to hate whitey (and be racist) because of a reason although an invalid one...

That's exactly my point government land does not get counted so statistically whites will own most of the land for a long time even though it is not the truth anymore.

Zamani Saul, Tito Mboweni, Cyril(maybe) and a few others are not bad people(In my opinion) but yes the majority are pricks.

Remind me again how long did CR stand by while Zuma sold the country?

As for Tweeto Mboweni the less said the better

While they are busy also table the fact that almost no land is handed over as deeds to the owners.

They buy all land from farmers then hand it over to the black emerging farmers but the new "owners: never gets a deed to claim it his land. When the government do any land audits...... wonder who owns the most farm land except government?

I am all for legal re-distribution of land, but at least give the land and the deeds to the new owners.
Yeah, without the deeds the people are not going to improve the property.

Most people use those deeds to get a mortgage to reinvest in their property to improve. Take that away and there is no incentive for sustainability or long term development.

If they tried anything too radical, ANC will chop their balls. Some change is better than nothing. In Zuma's years, no one got caught. At least we are seeing Zondo do some work. Small fry but I got hope for a big fish.

Specifically check 10:25
Derek: "I am saying to you MEC, that the allegations are clear. These projects are there to benefit the contractors who build the infrastructure, and the officials who hand out the contracts, not the beneficiaries. (10:42) In other words, billions are being squandered. There is fraud, there is corruption, there is mismanagement."
Bulwane, MEC: Agriculture & Rural development Free State: (10:49) "I like your word when you said allegations. It's a big word."
Derek: "Sure"
Bulwane: "Anyone squandering government money, you know what must happen. You can't just be sitting here, folding our arms, being happy government billions have been squandered."
Derek: (11:09) "But you know they have. What about the Estina project?"
Bulwane: (11:11) "Where? Maybe you know where money has been squandered, I don't know, you must tell me so that when I leave from this seat I go there and take an action."
Derek (11:24) "Okay, I'll give you two examples. You've got Wildealskloof, you've got Virginia within about 150km of each other, and that's cost nearly a hundred million with nothing to show for it."
Bulwane passes it off.

I also like how they first blame Le Roux for the vandalism of Wildealskloof (I do hope I spelt it right, can't remember if there was a sign of it in the video).

Their balls got chopped anyways so it didn't make a difference

Lets just call it the cost of doing business in an African-run country.

Or shadenfreude, whatever you choose.

You made it, you eat it.

Let's add this into the mix:

The government wants serfs, not property owners taking responsibility. They want to micro manage peoples' lives, yet fail miserably at getting the basics right.

Let's add this into the mix:
Lol nothing in Gauteng and WC. I guess it's worth too much to give. I think it's a good start for people who want to farm but can't afford to buy. Weeding the ANC of it is another story.

Not really the "government" Sollie; more like the ANC or its elites; the Mugabe clones. These want money and power, personally. So to get free land or extract rent from those they allow to farm it is right up their street. That. I reckon, is the real goal of EWC.

Yes/no.

The current govt is ANC driven. The ANC have a history of not being able to make the distinction between state and party. In turn the ANC uses the state to make them more important than the collectives masses. Public servant is not their thing.

This really saddens me. First you get screwed over by apartheid, secondly the ANC takes 25 long frikken years to give farmers land and then thirdly the ANC screws you over by potentially losing your farm for not paying bribes.

But hey ivotela iANC they have your back covered. Literally... with a gun... to shoot you if you don't pay.
