What is effective employee engagement?

In essence it’s all about effective, clear and involved communication. Studies in the UK, US and Europe show that companies that actively “engaged” their employees enjoyed significant increases in productivity, innovation, profit growth and efficiency. On top of that companies also enjoyed 40% lower staff turnover and significant improvements in terms of health and safety in the workplace.

• Taking part in this quick 14 question survey will aid in the creation of South Africa’s first official report re: The State of Employee Engagement in our country.
• Not only will all respondents receive a free copy of this report once completed, but three participants will win a Samsung 32” LED TV each, worth a total of R10,000 – just what you need to keep the peace in a sport-packed-year.
