I'm having some trouble getting MTN to enable the LTE service on our business contract. Has anyone else managed to get this working?
My method:
1. Call MTN and request to have LTE enabled. They tell me that for business contracts I have to write them a motivation letter on a letterhead to request LTE and then go into a shop.
2. I write this letter and go in to a shop. The shop doesn't "have the function on their system". I need to go to another shop.
3. I go to another shop. They don't want to help me with a valid temporary licence.
4. I lay a complaint on the website.
5. Three weeks pass without any response.
6. I phone them to try and resolve to matter. The guy on the other end says I should email him the letter and he will take care of it.
7. Two weeks pass without any acknowledgement of my request.
8. I phone them again to hear what is going on. They tell me the request has been put in but "never sent to the technicians". They will send it now, and it will be enabled in two days.
9. Three weeks pass. LTE is not yet enabled.
10. I phone them again. They say that they can see the LTE request, but it has not been enabled yet. They will enable it, and it will be working tomorrow...
