Circus-Killer I have noticed that it only kicks in after 05H00 on the 1st . But I could be wrong. [8D]

they are very quick to cap, it's after 12.30 and still nothing, gawd they are ^#&%#^&@!! snakes!

Telkom, you are digging your own grave..

You'll probably still be capped until you establish a new PPPoE session; try disconnecting, turning the router off, back on, and connecting again (just to be thorough [8D]).

I agree that something needs to be done.
The only way will be if we are organised.
All this screaming and ranting at the Telkom officials
achieve nothing - if we speak as an organisation
then we will have some power to change the situation.

Who is keen to start a union of
let's say, independent internet users? We depend on
internet as a tool of modern trade, and the Telkom/Govt comglom
is cutting our means of income/employment.

That's unconstitutional in my booklet, brothers.

ICASA has done nothing to help at all. The only way will
be via the high courts, so budget a few million for the
lawyers.

If we win, we're going to make them pay our money back.

If I remember correctly from my initial "cap" testing the cap only kicks in when a new adsl session is initiated.

This is part of the reason ADSL does a forced disconnect every day.

Not sure how things work these days.
