Engaged signal

Ironically, the four-year delay in launching the new operator has probably benefited customers far more than its actual launch will, simply because the prospect of competition has forced Telkom to raise its game.

Well if they gonna rent it i guess the sno will have to build their own eventually pending how it works out cause sometimes its cheaper not to. Good thing would be that when they do make the move to build their own, they can build better ones to suit their needs.

But government is desperate to bring down SA’s telecommunications costs, which are among the highest in the world.
Regulated price caps. Simple. Governments are not and should not be beholden to big business. They're in a position and have always been so to bring down Telkom. But they're corrupt and have not done so.

Corporate control of government is one of the core principals of fascism.
