Back in the old days (before T20) around 450 with a declaration some time after tea would be a great score.
These days you'd want 550.

This ground (historical totals), the possibility of weather interfering and the Proteas desire for a win, I reckon they may take a punt at 450 - 475 if they're still there. But definitely at or around Tea.

I like the idea of declaring just before tea and getting them in for 30-40 minutes. If we get the opportunity, of course.
