Eskom’s ‘quiet’ R564 million Gupta bailout: report

Eskom has "quietly" awarded Gupta-owned mining company Tegeta Exploration a contract worth R564 million, effectively saving the Gupta company from business rescue, the City Press reported.

So optimum previously under its old owners continuously had its coal rejected by Eskom due to 'quality' issues. After the zuptas take over they miraculously have high quality coal and secure this 564 million deal? How does that work
