I am still amazed that Eskom will not disclose their cost per litre of diesel even if they don't disclosed the suppliers.

We're halfway through winter. If Eskom can focus on getting the first Medupi unit fully operational and the second unit synchronised, they could start getting a return on that big investment and wean themselves off that massive diesel bill

"In fact, high level people at Eskom have told me that they are very far advanced in their application for a full re-opener and it’s only a month or two away,” he said. “I expect Eskom will submit a full re-opener."

Wow! This shows that Eskom were preparing a proper submission, but still submitted a half-arsed one in the mean time. That is an insult to NERSA and the country.
