We switch off 90% of the electrical devices in our home anyway
Solar power runs it all

if they made the tax incentive for batteries too and added a nice feed in tariff and nice off peak rate
pretty sure , some would see it as a business , to buy off-peak power from eskom and sell it back to eskom at peak times smoothing out the graph, but hey what do i know i ain't an "engineer"

Can remove geysers from every house if they want, still won't change anything. Households only use around 7% of all generated... so yeah, this is all about mah tenders and moar looting

Edit: Infact, can disconnect all households, 100% off eskom grid, and eskom will still be loadshedding around stage 3 or 4 :ROFL:
