Eskom and electricity minister lying about planned maintenance

Energy expert Chris Yelland has accused Eskom and electricity minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa of misleading the public about the intensity of the power utility's maintenance programme.

Yelland shared three graphs on X on 13 March 2025 showing the Eskom generating fleet's energy availability factor (EAF), planned capacity loss factor (PCLF), and unplanned capacity loss factor (UCLF) since 2023.

Kak man. An organisation with a culture of ineptitude, corruption and serving only themselves would never go so low as to lie about something.

It's an ANC minister and a state owned company. Of course they're lying.
why would anybody expect the truth is my question.

I mean this is the ANC that jokes how they use state funds to buy bugattis and overseas holidays, and 200K mops.

yet people keep voting for them, weird.

dude bravely gave away his freedom to reveal all the shenanigans at Eskom,
got dragged through the mud and relentlessly attacked by the ANC for it,

its thanks to him we now know the truth, if only more Cadres had that courage to reveal all
