It's getting worse guys. Everyone making meme's and jokes but this is serious.

No, it's not - it's a flipping joke!
While the entire country faces this precipice we have the ANC dragging their feet for years with regards to IPPs and legislation which prevents more IPPs from entering the market.

If people haven't worked on an exit plan or at least a "self-sufficient" plan if they're staying, then they're living in denial. This is not ever going to get better while the ANC is in charge.

André de Ruyter, Eskom’s CEO, acknowledged that the outages were “unacceptably high” but added that Stage 4 load-shedding had to be implemented at short notice to shed 4,000MW of demand to prevent a total blackout.

"Here have some blackouts to prevent blackouts."

Have we ever had a total blackout? Maybe they should test to see when it happens instead of giving us intermittent blackouts.

Twenty never is when load shedding will end, or at least while the cANCerous virus is still running the country into the ground.

For when the poo-poo really hits the fan, I'll be taking in applications for a +1 to the UK.
Send in your headshots and a quick bio and I'll get back to you. No poor people please, there can only be one poor person in this marriage. Thank you

Will this do? :whistling:

Seems desperate, to read so much into what Eskom said and then wangling an article out of it. It's just the same 'ol, same 'ol, we've been seeing the last 15 years. No more shock factors left to write about.

No and we wouldn't want one, there isn't any one close to us to jump start the system.

Do we still have De Ruyter fanbois defending this incompetent muppet?

Tomorrow we give you a company that's:

1) Riddled with corruption
2) Bloated with employees that don't know how to do their job but you can't fire the bad ones because the unions won't let you
3) Not making enough money to sustain itself
4) Had previous managers who ran the equipment into the ground
5) And you have a boss that refuses to change the rules to allow you to save the company

Let's see how well you do.

I hate load shedding as much as the rest, but I'm not going to pretend that De Ruyter is the one at fault.
