I'm an evil Socialist who stalks you.
Yes, we at Socialist International are keeping a close eye on Benedict since he is the biggest threat to our movement.

Good work Comrade Bunny, may Marx be with you always...

He will be replaced by Keith Featherstone, a long-standing nuclear executive with over 30 years of experience. Featherstone also previously served as a manager at the Koeberg nuclear power station and will act as Eskom’s chief nuclear officer while it looks for a permanent replacement.
So the person looking after Koeberg will be replacing him.

Or am I missing something. Till he also get headhunted.

Then they can bring back the guy they accused of incompetence but later silently redeployed to another position and nothing was ever heard of his disciplinary proceedings.

This departure is interesting, looks like the acting station manager has also left, so it's the two most senior positions now vacant.

Another change to the power utility’s workforce will see the acting general manager at Koeberg power station, Nomawetu Mtwebana, join the World Association of Nuclear Operators (WANO) as a reverse loanee.

They probably had enough of politicians.
Who knows? it also does not paint a good picture of Eskom's management regardless if that's based on fact or perception.

Last time we had issues at Koeberg the manager was charged with something and later redeployed, now we have issues again and the acting manager and the Chief nuclear officer get jobs somewhere, it could just be a wonderful coincidence or it could be something planned in advance in case Eskom wants to make them fall guys like it did with the others.

I wonder if it had anything to do with this:

Paywalled, google let me to this:

Koeberg Nuclear Power Station.

Eskom has started a sweeping forensic probe into the cause of delays as well as claims running into hundreds of millions of rands linked to contracts worth R20 billion related to the refurbishment of Koeberg nuclear power station.

This comes after the power utility’s chief executive, Andre de Ruyter, stated in a recent generation board meeting that it appeared Eskom was “not in control” of the contracts linked to major upgrades to extend the life of Eskom’s only nuclear power station by another 20 years.
