Eskom steel thief arrested

Eskom has announced that one of its employees were arrested on Thursday for allegedly stealing pylon structural cross members at the Eskom Academy of Learning and selling them to a scrap metal dealer in Midrand.

The Eskom Security team received a tip-off regarding the sale of the pylon steel, and upon visiting the scrap metal dealer, discovered around forty pieces of cross members.

We must all launch civil cases against him, the amount of damage he has done to all our lives will ensure he pays through his nostrils for the next million years.

“We condemn such acts of criminality in the strongest terms as they not only affect Eskom, but also impact our customers with unnecessary supply interruptions which can be avoided.”
eSkommel's security team should strip the thieving buggers naked and clingwrap them to a pole outside the nearest SAPS (just tell the police that they didn't have handcuffs and were forced to use clingwrap instead, the suspect's clothing was removed to prevent dehydration and sunstroke).

20 year sentence incoming.

He should rather have been a rapist or farmer killer as the sentence would be lighter.

They also indicated that the employee would return to the scrapyard to collect money in the afternoon
The scrap yard owner should also be arrested. No way he didn't know what he was buying. Often the reason for only paying someone at a later time than when they dropped the metal off is in case someone comes to claim it, the scrap dealer is not out of pocket. They do this because they know the stuff is stolen and don't want to hand over money until it looks like they are in the clear and someone isn't going to come snooping.
