I dont see any problem with the bargaining unit and low level managers and engineers getting bonuses. They are the ones working their asses off to keep the lights on. Not giving bonuses is just going to reduce morale further.

The senior managers though can go stuff themselves

Bargaining Unit employees are the most deserving for a bonus. Most of them are hard working and work in very tough conditions sometimes.

The execs would usually be part of the STI, but also LTI schemes. At least they aren't paying the STI.

I agree with this, the "minions" are doing the real work here, keeping the electricity on. As for the Fat Cat Senior Management, they can get a bonus once we overproduce our electricity requirements and can actually drop the price per kw/h.
