I mean, we have all seen the recent pictures of multi million Rand "stadiums" delivered by the anc.

Here's what I expect eskom to deliver here:

Broken, patchwork infrastructure, that doesn't connect to the power supply, and will probably be delivered in Nelspruit, when it's needed in the karoo.

As the maintenance is being done by the owners - the people selling the electricity to Eskom via the REIPP
