Haha only announcing it on actual Christmas day so ****ed they are they cannot even predict a single day ahead anymore.

They are not maintaining anything they are ****ing duct taping boilers at this point.

Get in in the Weber. Indirect method, rosemary and garlic poked into the skin. My absolute favourite.
My wife's baking oven works perfectly for a 1.8 to 2kg leg. Baste, one hour skin down, baste, on hour bone down, baste, 30 mins more bone down increase by 15 mins for maybe every 300grm over, keep it moist. Comes out perfect crisp outer, super soft and a dull pink.
