Yep, instead of sacking them, they should have had them train new black hires.

But that does not make the BEE number look as good, so that is why we are in this mess.

The ANC does not understand or value knowledge and experience.

They just know how to double down on horseshit policy like BEE. Will do anything to make it easier for the cadre's to steal money even if it cost SA everything and it totally fails with people losing their lives, the ANC still won't care.

There's that old joke of an elderly war veteran living in rural Zim, sitting outside his hut on a log with his wife.

Suddenly there's a rumbling and gurgling from the taps and clean water starts streaming out for the first time in years.

Then the lights start flickering and come on.

Then he hears the distant rumbling of a tractor ploughing the field.

He jumps up and says to his wife "Agnes, bring me my rifle, the whites have returned! “....

I know a woman working at the Hydro electric section of Eskom. 20+ years experience as an engineer. She says she can't take it anymore. The new okes out of college with the engineering degrees comes in late, with their Golf GTi,s. They then come and stand infront of the control board and look like a rabbit in a cars headlights. They also show no respect for her as a women. She's now looking for a spot in the private sector.

Your post reeks of a lack of respect for BEE which has uplifted the peephole..

Same story with a friend of mine in SAPS. New recruits arrive with a massive chip on the shoulder and won't be told what to do by an old guy. (what you would call on the job training, but anyway....)
