I think I supported one of them at one stage When I came back from a trip last year I couldn't purchase units for my prepaid meter and had to go to the municipality to get my meter "unblocked". They did that and a guy in their office approached me saying that he can get me cheap units at something like 50c a unit. I purchased R100 from him and he generated the code and gave it to me, got home and it worked perfectly, so I went back down and purchased another R1000 which again worked great. Next month I went down but apparently he didn't work there anymore

You gave up too easily. His replacement would have sold to you cheaper than him
