Eskom is holding South Africa hostage: DA

Eskom must not be allowed to hold South Africa hostage with its “pay-up or face load shedding narrative”, an opposition leader told energy regulators on Wednesday.

I'd like to know where all the money has gone. Increased tariffs over the years, these latest for diesel... and now more requests for diesel(hopefully turned down?), in feb/march they got 23odd billion from government for diesel... THEY say their monthly diesel bill is 1 billion, so, just governments cash a few months back should be enough for 23 months, i.e., feb/march 2017... where did that money go?
