Eskom running its power plants to death

Eskom's lenders are concerned as the power utility runs its working generation units excessively and does not complete the necessary maintenance.

According to Lungile Mashele, an energy expert at the Development Bank of South Africa (DBSA), the working units in Eskom's fleet are being run much higher than international benchmarks.

Bwhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha.....
So what now... permanent LS because the plants are working "too hard"

The lenders need to be informed of what is REALLY going on... ie theft, corruption, incompetence.

Lack of skills which is the legacy of forcing out the skills you had instead of gradually transitioning over time and maintaining the apprentice/mentor system that works everywhere else in the world.

Whatever your feelings about the man, this is none of his doing..

Blame Mbeki, or better yet hook the idiot up to a treadmill to make him pay back his debt to society.
And get all the other odious ANC morons who help destroy our economy to join him.
Zuma puts the security upgrades back in treasury else he gets the whip again!
