Eskom launches online database for skilled experts who can help fight load-shedding

Eskom officially launched a skills crowdsourcing platform on its website on Tuesday, calling on qualified and experienced power generation individuals to make themselves available to help rebuild the organisation's skills.

The launch follows Eskom's call for submissions from suitable candidates who wanted to help the utility resolve its "urgent business needs", including addressing operational deficiencies that have exacerbated load-shedding.

I was going to identify as some sort of engineer or techie to work on the nuclear stuffs, but seeing as there are only 2 genders to select from on the site, they are clearly transphobes... their lose :giggle:

Getting the skills is one thing. Getting rid of the bloat is another. Until they do, they'll forever be a financial burden...

Immediately ask for race, gender, disability statuses.
Priorities!
I suspected that would be the case, what other reason would there be to move from dedicated email addresses to forms on webpages?

The only reason I can think of, is that eSkommel wants an easier way to sort through all the applicants it doesn't want to employ, and instead accept more dead wood.

Experienced people would do better to take on solar installation jobs (either with existing companies, or start their own).

The only way to solve the eSkommel problem, is to increasingly not rely on eSkommel.

Geography 101 - India is in South Asia
The problem is "Indian" is used to group a whole range of people together that are often NOT Indian (or Asian).
If you are from the Middle East what do you tick?
