Yes, it was out from 2pm to 4pm and now again.

I know the feeling. This time it wasn't scheduled to be off unless the stage were changed to either 1, 3 or 4. Stage two is in effect.

As per the noon notice from Eskom, they went to stage 2 from noon to 8pm and then back to stage 1 from 8-10pm.

I assume you are in group 1?

Thanks MickeyD, that is why I'm upset. They should keep to a stage or our municipality should amend their schedule that we aren't inconvenienced more than once a day.

Maybe they must stay with stage 2 but tell municipalities that they don't need to shed 100% the stage . Admin will be very hard tho

If I take tomorrows schedule and the stage is changed I could end with two hours of power for the entire day.

Some people in group2 ( 22-24) in port elizabeth is saying thier power maybe eskom forgot to cancel it . Coz power alert seems good

I've seen a few tweets from Cape Town area about overnight load-shedding in Eskom-supplied area.
Their website still shows Stage 1:

Sub-station issues, or first-time overnight load shedding? Worrying if so.

why you worry about loadshedding. Its never gonnnastop, we need to adapt, h=get the camping gear out as well as the gass braais
