Eskom lost R22 billion from illegal connections

And politically, nothing can be done about this. R22bn gone. Written off.
 
Finally some truth is being revealed. If R7 billion/annum of electricity is being stolen in Gauteng causing 2 stages of load shedding then one can surmise that the remaining R15 billion/annum is adding another four stages.

Electricity theft is causing about 6 stages of load shedding in total.

I like your logic. Don't forget us law abiding citizens are the low hanging fruit, ESKOM just screams up the electricity price by 18% so we pay. MOTHER FSCKERS.
 
Instead of SANDF sitting on their fat arses at the power stations doing nothing, they should instead travel around with the Eskom workers who are trying to do their jobs cutting off illegal connections like in Marlboro but can't because of thugs, so send in the proper thugs with live ammo, none of this rubber bullet ****.

Then they will lose their voters. Have to give stuff for free to stay in power...

And Eskom wants to install remote devices to shut off geysers instead of fighting illegal connections. Haha... fcking clowns and anc voters are clowns too.
