I have one question, how bad is the situation really?
I mean they tell us stage 4, but since the so called schedules are a waste of time, they go off at Random times and come back at Random times.

maybe the "stages" themselves are a waste of time?

Can't say I've seen it go off/on at random. Usually always as per schedule in my area unless there's an unrelated fault. i.e. I know for sure it will go off at 6pm-8:30pm on stage 4 this afternoon for me which it will. On ESP app it's been 100% accurate in my area as far back as I can remember.

Maybe there's other issues in your area?

mostly its easy enough to switch the port off... its turning it back on that doesnt seem so straight forward. things usually seems to trip and that delays it coming back up

don think the grid was built for the on/off/on/off cycles
