Now that everything is getting 'fixed', I can assume we're one step closer to a national blackout

Pick and Pay on a roll providing food for the last 3000 days :)

I'm on a roll providing pithy useless comments for the past 6 months ;)

True. Saw all the lights go down as I was driving. Close to N1 City.

Here's a cool video timelapse of loadshedding in progress in Cape Town CBD. Watch the difference when power is restored.

awesome, you can go 6 days without the wheels falling off,,,,,,,, excuse me while i go and look for a goat to sacrifice.

I know its not your fault, Thabo Mbeki, the rest of those ANC idiots and clowns, collectively put you in this position, but rather than brag, be humble.

Something really odd going on here...like seriously off.

Initially projections showed round the 27th would have a 4GW shortfall - per Eskom

...then they do a "maintenance festival" which presumably involves taking gear offline

....and then no loadshedding while both of the above apply???

Either they found a good 5GW of magic or someone is lying imo.

"Guys wanting credit for things they supposed to do, like guys saying "I take care of my kids" - that's what you supposed to do you low expectation having m*******f*******"
