The minister of public enterprises released a turnaround document on govt plans to fix Eskom, a day before Tito Mboweni presents the medium-term budget.

Please explain how Eskom was turning profits before the ANC got their hands on it? Monopolies suck, but Eskom worked as a monopoly and there were actually plans afoot to open the sector to privatisation.
