I saw that as well. I would probably become ill if we could see exactly how much has been siphoned out of SOEs.

At least it looks like Lomas is facing charges after he was extradited from the UK, although he is trying to use his age to minimise/avoid jail time

Michael Lomas, a former Eskom contractor facing 65 corruption charges related to the R1.4bn intended to upgrade Eskom’s Kusile Power Station, is looking for a retirement or frail care home to go to if and when he is granted bail.

what gets me is how far the ANC has fallen from its purpose,
its now just another African dictatorship in waiting, like anywhere else in Africa that is poor and underdeveloped.

sad that the Whites just GAVE their country away, and sit here and WATCH it crumble before their eyes,
must be tough, sure many didnt think it would end this way.

More like why the fsck have they still not learnt and have proper reporting in place.

Literally everyone in finance and procurement should have been fired a few years ago (since even those innocent ones knew what was going on and never flagged it) and they should have started from scratch.
