Eskom reaches load shedding milestone

A day after reassuring the country that Eskom plans to avoid load shedding in the foreseeable future; it celebrated its 100th day without cutting power supply on Tuesday.

Drives me dilly actually..

Have a random outage in the neighbourhood and the Whatsapp group goes nuts about ppl complaining about load shedding and it not being on the schedule. They usually get very sheepish when you point out its actually a fault and not load shedding.

So what does Eskom want, a noddy badge? It's their job to keep the lights on. It's pretty pathetic that 100 days without load shedding is something to celebrate. It shouldn't even be happening in the first place.
