Yes, 'technical faults', but, there is no need to load shed when the grid is so ****ed that they can't keep certain areas on for longer than 48hours without a 2-20hours 'fault' happening.

Yeah, same thing happened in Kempton Park, Glen Marais last night. Tree took out power lines at exactly 8pm and at exactly 11pm it had been fixed.
Happened in Norwood this morning too. 8.30am-10am.
