I don't know whether this has become a trend or not. Why people appointed at executive level when they leave these SOE's are given golden handshake? Yet their incompetent? Does this government take us as fools? :wtf:

Appoint a Cadre...leave him there to screw things up completely whilst earning a huge salary @ the same time.
People that care for SA make a noise. ANC reacts and Cadre leaves. Cadre scores a couple of Million every time after screwing things up.
That is the ANC way of the connected loyal Zuma elite.

Wash, rinse and start again.

A never ending cycle.

To be fair, by the time he got the job the **** was just about to hit the fan. A CEO's job is to look at least 6 months ahead, not really to deal with the small day-to-day issues. Brian Dames on the other hand was in charge for 4 years and the man responsible for Eskom's "deferred" maintenance program. But even he was just a little dancing marionette, his strings pulled by our useless meddling gutterment.

I am very much aware that our current problems are largely due to Brian Dames, and as far as I'm concerned he needs to be charged with something like economic terrorism or something. The fact that he gets to walk away scott free after completely buttfscking this country is unacceptable.
