Eskom unwilling to sell power stations

Unfortunately I cannot see how selling power plants will make much of a difference:
- either there will be a lot of strings attached (e.g. to preserve jobs / government control / etc); or
- the buyer will buy them for next to nothing and run them without the needed maintenance until they break.

Selling an airline seems like a challenge already. Nevermind a critical utility.
