Why advertise here if our accounts are being closed?

Izzy care to share why accounts are being closed? I must say this is one funny site, no prices.

Their prices are not bad, but never ever try to exchange a item. They treat you like a criminal

Bought a TV from them sometime ago and hardly used it. It has developed a problem, phoned Esquire only to find out that it just barely has a 1 year warranty. Did some research on the company and it turns out they went bankrupt after several of their TVs were recalled for being a fire-hazzard. Thanks Esquire for selling products with no support, that can also burn down my house.

will you please give us the brand name of the TV so we don't buy one?

Thats fine wont change my life ,

just cant believe people still support them

Aside from one small occasion, I've had at least a hundred successful, convenient, and efficient transactions with them. ( One or two over R40k )

It's nice to know that I've got a guy I can call if I need something sourced, or a price check for a friend.

Edit: On one occasion, after a hard disk had failed, my favorite sales guy ( You know who you are <3 ) stayed late for me and waited for me to arrive so that I could collect a new one. That's amazing service, and I will always be thankful for the relationship that I've got with Esquire as a company, and him as a friend.

I know they've peeved some people off, and there are probably reasons on both sides that the relationship has soured - But you can't expect a community like myBB to not have issues with a distributor level supplier. Not everyone is their target market, and there's a good reason that other suppliers don't deal direct with the end users - Preferring to give up the extra profit that selling to the masses brings, in favor of not having to deal with the masses.
