Noob question and too lazy to search. Someone do me a solid and tell me how I can use these monitors with my Xbox?

You'll have to purchase a monitor with HDMI input and simply plug the HDMI from your XBox to the monitor. Also, check if the monitor has audio output because not all do. Then you will need an XBox audio out connector. The 24" monitor for R1899 is the correct one for connecting the XBox to and it has headphone out to output audio to speakers.
