Sorry to have been so slow at getting back to this thread. I will post a proper reply tonight but it comes down to Esquire deleting MyBB and other accounts because they have apparently run out of space for accounts.

They're also not going to reopen the deleted accounts as they gave info on their resellers instead. Apparently about 200 have been deleted thus far.
