So i bought a Wileyfox Spark as a Christmas gift for a teenager this Christmas, said teenager was over the moon.

Said teenager comes to me this morning with a dead phone, it turns on but no display at all.
Said teenager is throwing a hissy fit right now as she cannot communicate with the SO (which one I don't know, she changes them like underwear).

Take the phone away and send it back for repairs on Wed! She can throw a hissy fit all she likes, but while doing so can learn that things in the real world break, and often take a few weeks to be fixed!
