As per management communications.Only If the client requests an estimated repair time we can give it.
Now I know u all have been asking so I will tell ( :p at management )

FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS THE ESTIMATED REPAIR TIME IS 4DAYS
FOR RESEDENTIAL CUSTOMERS THE ESTIMATED REPAIR TIME IS 5DAYS
