ET remote snagg

Bought 2 new ET remotes for customer. He had 2 Dc blue garage doors. Added first remote ✅ second remote no ways( all remotes were set to old code format solid light) Then first remote to second door✅ Second remote nothing. Picked up another new remote and adding in no problem to all systems including alarm and panic receivers . Returned the “faulty” one to ET for test, no fault found. They gave me a new one and i put it in my box. This week again buy 2 new remotes for again another dc blue garage door different town. Fisrt 1✅ Second one Not. Did master erase and again the same first remote✅Second Not. Grabbed the spare new in my box and ✅ . Came home and tested the refusing remote on loose ET receiver it worked on all buttons. Anybody had this?

I can't assist you with your query. However seeing that you seems to have a bit more knowledge than me, perhaps you can assist me?
I have a new Super Drive moter and have just bought a ET nice RX1 single channel receiver in order to use my gate remote also with my garage door. But I don't know how to connect the receiver to the pc board of my garage motor? Can you assist perhaps? See attached pictures of receiver and garage motor pc board.

The super drive should have the wires on the top off the motor, the side where the rail connects.

edit: in other words there’s no need to open the motor at all. While installed just look at it from the top to find the plug
